The House

I don't know if everyone knows this but we are building a new house and I can not describe how excited I am to move into my very own first house!! There is so much to do like pack and wait and wait oh and did I mention WAIT!!!I can't hardly stand it. Everything seems like it's takeing forever to get done, but I'm not anxious or anything! So I prolly drive by the house once or twice daily.....yes I said daily but it's all for picture purposes I swear! I can't miss out on a good photo opportunity. The house is built the walls are up and textured and well it actually is starting to really feel like a house!

This is a picture looking from our family room into the kitchen. See what I mean? A house right? Anyway I've got paint colors all picked out and can be found often strolling the "houseing" isles at the store looking for good deals on stuff for my house.

Also it was Janelle's birthday this weekend and the boys were so excited to help her celebrate!!We started off with a good ol mexican feast, we had tacos and a yummy new salad that Janelle learned how to make from a girl at her work and some of that nastey green stuff that I make but don't eat...you know what I'm talking about. So then it came time to open up the presents and Jakob ,Mikah, and Zakry couldn't hardly even stand it! Jakob and Mikah both got grandma cards but Mikah was the hit(he didn't even know it) It had a duck on it and in the middle it said something about a buttquack anyway....she got lots of nice things but I have to say I was so excited for her to open up our present to her. I found it a while ago in an antique shop and I've been holding on to it for her...needless to say I think she liked it.

Of coarse we had to blow out some candles and have cake! The boys helped with that too!

I think that overall everyone enjoyed themselves and had a fun time! Great Grandma Burch loved to watch the boys run around and Carson well he found his own way to amuse himself during the festivities! He would take pictures of his mouth going all crazy. It is pretty funny and watching him do it was entertaining as well!

Anyway until next post thanks for boarding the burch bus.

Megan,
I found your blog off of The Stevens blog. I am excited to see your coming and goings. Come and see my blog. I really have enjoyed getting to know you a little since we have been in the ward. George loves to play with your little guys in nursery.

Hey, I got your blog from Shanell. We are thinking about building an Olin Home in West Richland. Is Olin who you went with, and if so, which plan or model did you go with? Just curious. Thanks, Valarie
