Mikah's Birthday

Mikah's birthday was on Saturday and I decided we would do nothing except what he wanted to do so i left the laundry (YIKES) and the dishes and the toys and we watched movies, played the Wii and went out to lunch. We had so much fun!! After lunch we played outside on bikes and scooters. It was a really fun day and I was glad that I decided to leave the everyday stuff and just have fun. Mikah had two birthday parties one with my family and one with Rob's so he felt pretty special. Pin the tail on the donkey was fun even if Jakob cheated to get the tail just right :). Opening presents is always his favorite part. He got so excited when he opened his spiderman scooter, helmet, and knee pads. It was so funny, he started running around the room and ended up crashing into Jakob. They fell on the floor and Mikah was so excited he started punching Jakob over and over again. Those of you who don't know Mikah that well need to know that Mikah is very physical he hits when he's happy and he hits when he's mad. He just hits (not hard) when hes excited and when he's mad well lets just say it isn't soft. Anyway it was funny everyone was laughing. . .I was laughing too and that's why i didn't get a picture of that! I made him a little personal sized cake with green sprinkles (his Favorite). Mikah also got a cape and a book about how to be a super hero. Now he thinks he is a super hero he calls himself captain Mikah. . .he's so dang cute. He makes me laugh all the time. He wears the cape night and day. Here is a picture of him when he got the cape, and another picture a couple days later. Do super heros really not wear any pants?(he thinks they don't) : 0

Internet that works and a camera in hand!

So we have had the worst trouble with our internet and we finally got it all figured out it's not only faster but it doesnt kick me off every ten minutes!! I'm so excited!!! Then there was the whole whole camera mess. My camera was broken for a long time and I fianlly got it sent in but didn't remember all the paperwork I was supposed to send with it. To make a long story short almost three months after sending it in I have it back in hand and good as new!!! Get ready to be updated!!!

Found my camera!!

My lovely adorable boys might have done something to my nice new camera that I got for my birthday so i was looking for my old camera and found it hidden in a drawer that I know I didn't put it in. When I asked them where it was it was all "I don't know" and" I didn't do it!!" After reviewing all the evidence the case is closed and I know that ALL three of them had a hand in it. Halloween in January

So some people have been bugging me to see the boys in their halloween costumes so here they are. I always try to out due the last year costumes. I deffinently did this time but I don't know if they quit stand up to the three amigos. . . i would have to say BEST COSTUMES EVER!!

Let me tell you getting three little boys to pose for the camera is not easy. At least not my three little ones. I have a bunch of shots that I'll put up. Each one shows their different personalities!!

Christmas!

I love Christmas but this year it just didn't feel the same. I'm always so excited to see the boys and Rob open their gifts and take pictures of how excited they are to get them but this year Rob had to go into work so it was all a big rush I didn't get very many pictures at least not all the one i wanted and well when it was all seid and done Rob hustled off to work (poor Guy i know he didn't really want to) the boys ran off to play with their new toys and well. . . I was left to open my presents to myself wrapped by myself all by myself. Sad right? The rest of the day was fun though we went sledding with Robs family and that night had a gift exchange with my family(ROb got off work just in time so that was great). It turned out to be a good Christmas even though it didn't start out as one:)

Grandma's House

Over the river and through the woods. . . well there are no real woods on the way but there are apple orchards so that might count. We went out to Robbies Grandparents house some time ago and we had so much fun. The boys love going out there. We got to pick out pumpkins and have dinner. Playing outside is what we do most out there because there is so much room and it's pretty darn safe. We get to pick all the stawberries and Rasberries we want. The boys always have a great time picking up walnuts to chuck or sticks to fight with.

What's Grandma's without some homemade apple pie? Doesn't it look yummy?

We always have so much fun every time we go visit. We love you grandma and grandpa Bennett!!

Fall!

So while catching up on old posts that i wanted to do I'm trying to keep up on the now so bare with me as i switch back and forth from summer to fall and back again. It stinks not having internet when you're paying for it. I Love the fall the fall colors and smells everything about it!! I love Halloween and pumpkins and being with family!! This year we went to the pumpkin patch with Robbies family and had a really fun time!! First we went on a tractor pulled hayride. The boys were so excited they wouldn't even sit down. They had so much fun running around the field and they loved picking out their pumpkins!

Of coarse I had to make them pose so I could get their pictures!

After they picked their perfect pumpkin we rode the hayride back and while we were going Zakry decided to surf it was so funny!!! When we got back from the pumpkin patch the boys climbed the huge hay pyramid and we went to see the farm animals of coarse they were scared but it was fun!! It took me so long to get Jakob this close to the poor little well. . .huge sleeping pig!
